Who operates HomePros?
HomePros is owned and operated by ESCO Ventures LLC. All product, billing, and support inquiries can be sent to team@gg.consulting.
How do I reset my password?
Click the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. Enter the email address associated with your account, and we'll send you a password reset link. If you don't receive the email within a few minutes, check your spam folder or email team@gg.consulting.
How do I add a new user to my account?
Go to Settings › Users › Add New User, fill in their information, and set permissions. The number of users you can add depends on your subscription plan.
How do I export my customer data?
Go to Customers › Export. You can pick which fields to include and download as CSV or Excel.
How do I cancel or change my subscription?
Email team@gg.consulting from the email address on your account and we'll handle the change for you.
How do I report a bug or request a feature?
Email team@gg.consulting with as much detail as possible (steps to reproduce, screenshots, the time it happened). Feature requests are very welcome — we read every one.
